This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly measured 2.01 NM in visible length and 0.13 NM in visible width (please see uncertainties below). Winds were 5kts out of the SE. Confidence that the anomaly seen was oil is High. The anomaly had a high contrast with the surrounding area and appeared dark even with a false color vegetation spectrum. The anomaly had sharp unnatural turns. The anomaly appears to be originating from a sunken vessel the Cudahy, a known repeat leak source. UNCERTAINTIES: The full extent of the anomaly could not be determined because it extended past the available imagery. Vegetation was spotted nearby and has been marked as a false positive.
