This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly was believe to be associated with NRC report #1244286. The anomaly was approximately 1.01 nm oriented SW-NNE and approximately 0.06 nm in width. There were portions of the anomaly that exhibited a silver/white shimmer center which is a characteristic of possible thicker oil. UNCERTAINTIES: The anomaly was 0.17 nm NE of the coordinates provided in the NRC report mentioned above. Winds near the time of the image did not align well with the orientation of the anomaly. Lastly, the full extent of the anomaly was unknown due to the low-moderate contrast against its surroundings.
