REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly was approximately 72.41 nm SE from Miami, Florida and 0.69 nm SE from the EEZ boundary. The anomaly was approximately 9.88 nm oriented SW-NE and approximately 0.15 nm in width. There was a visible point source in the image. The dark anomaly had a large contrast to its homogeneous surroundings. The anomaly clearly widened with distance. There were no natural phenomena within the vicinity. Winds were coming from the NE between 5-10 kts.
