REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly was approximately 75.32 nm NE from Havana, Cuba. It was also 4.63 nm SE from the EEZ boundary. The anomaly was approximately 16.30 nm oriented SW-NE and approximately 0.21 nm in width. The dark-colored anomaly had high contrast to its surroundings and exhibited feathering throughout the entire anomaly. Winds near the time of image were coming from the E between 5-10 kts which aligned well with the orientation of the anomaly.



UNCERTAINTIES: The source of the anomaly was unknown.
