This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly measured 1.71 NM in length and 0.22 NM in width. Winds were 5-10 kts out of the Southeast. Confidence that the anomaly seen was oil is High. The anomaly appears to be originating from an oil facility. The anomaly had high contrast with the surrounding area and exhibited a small amount of feathering. It aligns well with the wind conditions at the time of the image.
