Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly extended approximately 6.04 nmi to the ENE and measured 1.89 nmi at its maximum width. It appeared dark and stood out well against the background. Winds at the time of image were from the NNE around 10 knots. It looked there was a vessel in the center of the slick but it could not be determined as the point source. Confidence was determined to be Medium given that no point source could be identified, and no oil slicks were reported in the area. UNCERTAINTIES: No point source could be identified.
