This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly measured 7.57 NM in length and 0.26 NM in Width. Winds were 5 kts out of the East. Confidence that the anomaly seen was oil is High. The anomaly had high contrast with the surrounding area, exhibited a silvery sheen in Sunglint, and had several sharp unnatural turns. The anomaly appeared to be originating from Wreck 1487, a known repeat leak source.
