REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly was believed to be associated to NRC Incident Report #1251025. The anomaly was approximately 16.24 nm oriented NE-S and approximately 1.50 nm at its widest. Winds near the time of the image were coming from the NE between 5-10 kts. which aligned well with the orientation of the anomaly.



UNCERTAINTIES: The anomaly was not directly connected to the possible point source provided in the NRC Incident Report but it was in proximity. There were various other oil facilities within the vicinity.
