REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly contained multiple segments and extended approximately 10.45 nmi to the east from the site of the sunken Cudahy shipwreck, a known repeat oil leak source, and was up to 0.12 nmi in width. It appeared dark in color and had high contrast with the surrounding area. The anomaly also had sharp unnatural turns and exhibited feathering. Measured winds at the time of image were 10 knots and from the west, aligning well with the orientation of the anomaly and consistent with the feathering signature. Confidence was determined to be high given that the sunken Cudahy shipwreck is a known as a repeat leak source and visible chromatic characteristics.

Due to the repeat leak nature of the suspected source, there are no uncertainties.
