REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly was believed to be emanating from the known Destroyed Taylor Platform. It was approximately 4.18 nm oriented NE-SW and approximately 0.05 nm in width. 



UNCERTAINTIES: Winds near the time of the image were coming from the SE between 5-10 kts. which did not align well with the orientation of the anomly. Also, the anomaly was not directly connected to the point source.
