This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly was 9.0 NM long by about 0.25 NM wide at its widest point, exhibited good contrast relative to its background and had prominent feathering. Furthermore, the anomaly was connected to a known repeat leak source. Winds were out of NNW at 5-10 KT at the time of the image. Considering the above factors, we have HIGH confidence in this assessment. UNCERTAINTIES: None.
