REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. 

A possible oil anomaly that's believed to be from a vessel was seen in satellite. The linear anomaly was approximately 11NMI in length, 0.2NMI in width on average, it extended roughly east-west, and was aligned as if moving towards the Jacksonville, FL port. This anomaly very much stood out from its surroundings and from natural phenomena, and had well defined edges. Winds at the time of the image were from the South at 5 knots.

UNCERTAINTIES: A point source could not be identified. The anomaly did not exhibit appreciable widening with distance.
