REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly as a whole was approximately 10.25 nm in length and approx. 0.07 nm in width. The dark colored anomaly had high contrast against its surroundings. Winds at the time of the image were coming from the SW between 5-10 kts. which aligned well with the orientation of the anomaly.



UNCERTAINTIES: The anomaly was given a Medium confidence due to its unknown point source. There were various oil facilities and pipelines within the vicinity. The full extent was also unknown due to the satellite image being cut off at the western end of the anomaly.
