REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The slick was linear in shape and was approximately 0.71 nm in length. The slick appeared to have emanated from an oil facility, and had a dark contrast to the surrounding environment (*Note the enhancements of the image were to bring out the possible anomaly against the waters). There were brighter portions of the anomaly, which are indications of possible thicker oil. Winds at the time of the image were from the east between 7-11 kts which aligned well with the direction of the slick. The location was first reported in NRC# 1288387 on 27 September 2020 which led to the high confidence of this report.
