REMARKS: ***Please be aware that this report is based on imagery that is more than 24 hours old***** Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly was 2.9nm long and narrow, and it had good contrast with the surroundings.  It was connected to an oil facility at the northeast end. The wind at the time was around 10-15 knot from the northeast. 

UNCERTAINTIES: There were minimum uncertainties given the location of the point source and the appearance of the anomaly.
