REMARKS: ***Please be aware that this report is based on imagery that is more than 24 hours old ***** Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly was approximately 1.16 nm long and approx. 0.13 nm in width. The dark colored anomaly had medium to high contrast against its surroundings. Winds near the time of the image were coming from the NE between 10-15 kts. which aligned well with the orientation of the anomaly.
 



UNCERTAINTIES: Uncertain which of the two possible oil facilities could have been the point source.
