REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly was approximately 6.24 nm in length and approx. 0.78 nm in width. The dark colored anomaly had high contrast against its surroundings. Winds near the time of the image were coming from the NW at 7 kts.which aligned well with the orientation of the anomaly. 



UNCERTAINTIES: The point source was unknown but there was an oil facility and pipelines in the vicinity.
