REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The slick was linear in shape, had a moderate contrast to the surrounding environment, and appeared to emanate from the known shipwreck (Wreck 1487), a repeat leak source. The slick was approximately 3.13nm in length, and approximately 0.88nm at the widest point. Winds near the time of the image were out of the east at 10kts.



UNCERTAINTIES: The slick did not have a strong contrast to the surrounding environment, so that precluded a more detailed slick to be highlighted.
