REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The potential oil slick was extending NW from the known repeat leak source, Wreck 1487. The slick was approximately 7.06nm in length, was up to 0.1nm in width, and had strong contrast with the surrounding water. As previously reported in NRC #1383435, a similar anomaly was observed in the area 19 hours prior. Winds at the time were blowing from a southerly direction at 5kts. Due to both the repeat nature of the source and previous NRC reporting today, Confidence for this report is High.

UNCERTAINTIES: It is possible that the potential oil slick extended much further in the NW direction, but due to the diffuse nature of the anomaly, Confidence was lower.
