REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The area of oil appeared to emanate from the known repeat leak source, Wreck 1487. The area measured approximately 9.4nm in length and up to 0.1nm in width. The sheen exhibited an area of brighter hue closer to the source, which may have been an indication of relatively thicker oil. Winds at the time of the imagery were out of the SW at about 10-15kts. Due to the repeat nature of this source, our confidence level is High.
