REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly was approximately 12 nm in length and 4.45 nm in width at the widest point.  The anomaly had a dark contrast in comparison to the surrounding environment and well-defined edges.  Winds at the time of the image were 10 kts from the NW. 

UNCERTAINTIES: The anomaly may possibly be biogenic. There is no point source but a roulette ship was located 33 nm NE of the anomaly. There are also two non-dangerous wrecks, with the closest one located at 125°31’46” W 47°59’22”N, approximately 33 nm E of the anomaly.  The anomaly does not present itself as a bilgedump or a leak from a shipwreck. Due to all of this, confidence was determined to be Medium.
