REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The slick extended about 13.13 NM long by around 0.26 NM wide at its widest point and had strong contrast with its background. The slick also appeared to be emanating from an oil facility. Winds were out of the Southwest at 10 KT at the time of the image. For these factors, Confidence for this report is High.
