REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The slick was linear in shape, had a strong contrast to the surrounding environment, and had well-defined edges. The slick was approximately a combined 27.59nm in total length, and approximately 0.86nm at the widest point. Winds near the time of the image were out of the SE and between 13-16kts.



UNCERTAINTIES: Multiple oil facilities were within the vicinity of the slick, additionally no known reporting was identified. It is possible that these were separate oil slicks, but we could not determine confidently if they are separate. All of these factors limit our confidence to medium for this report.
