REMARKS: 
Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The slick was approximately 10.80 NM long and .87 NM wide at its widest point and had decent contrast with its background. Although numerous oil facilities were in the region, a singular facility was identified as the likely source of this anomaly. Additionally this anomaly is associated with a previously identified anomaly referenced in NRC #1407561. Winds were out of the SE at 2 KT and aligned well with the orientation of the anomaly. Considering all the above factors, we have HIGH confidence in this assessment.

UNCERTAINTIES: 
This anomaly does exhibit some characteristics of biogenic matter, and there were a large number of false positives in the area, however given that a point source was identified and the association of this report with NRC #1407561, uncertainties are low.
