REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. 
The possible oil was located in the Main Pass Area of Louisiana and contained multiple segments. The longest one measured approximately 5.35 nmi in length and up to 0.53 nmi in width. The slick appeared dark and showed high contrast against its surroundings. Winds at the time of image were from the SE at 10 knots, aligning well with the orientation of the slick. Confidence was determined to be high given that it was located in the vicinity of the area reported in NOAA NRC Hotline #10954 and high contrast to the background.

UNCERTAINTIES:
A specific facility could not be determined as there were many in close proximity in this area.
