REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The slick spanned over approximately 19.57 nm long and approx. 0.23 nm wide. It had a strong contrast against the ocean background which made it distinguishable from natural phenomena/seeps. There were silver and white shimmer parts throughout the slick which indicated the presence of relatively thicker oil. Winds near the time of the image were coming from the Southeast at 9 kt. It is for these reasons that this report Confidence is High. 

UNCERTAINTIES: This anomaly is believed to be the lower half of the previous MPRS / NRC #10964 (hotline: Well #59 blowout Garden Island).
