REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. Two separate areas stood out well from their background, with the W portion extending about 3 NM long by around 1 NM wide and the E area extending about 4 NM long by around 0.5 NM wide. The E portion aligns well with a recent shift in winds from W-WNW at 15 KT. These anomalies are very likely associated with NOAA Response Link Hotline #10964. Considering the above factors we have MED-HIGH confidence in this assessment.

UNCERTAINTIES: Shallow marsh, shoals/sandbars, and other features within the anomaly may have contributed to a less accurate depiction of the slick extent.
