REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. 
The slick extended a total of about 35 NM in two distinct segments and was around 1.0 NM wide at its widest point, had good contrast with its background, had feathering consistent with winds out of the W at 15 KT at the time of the image and was connected to a point source. The slick passed over the US EEZ into international waters. Considering the above factors, we have HIGH confidence in this assessment.
