REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. 
The slick extended about 0.8 NM long in two segments, by around 0.03 NM wide at its widest point and had silvery sheen consistent with oil. Additionally, the anomaly was connected to a repeat leak source. Winds were out of the S at 10 KT at the time of the image. Considering the above factors, we have HIGH confidence in this assessment.

UNCERTAINTIES: Clouds covered portions of the anomaly. Also, the anomaly became so diffuse on its E portion, that it could not be easily distinguished from the background. Therefore, the true extent of the anomaly is unknown.
