REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly was likely remnant oil associated with NOAA ResponseLink Hotline 10964 and the wellhead identified as the point source in this report. The anomaly was segmented and stringy, with patches spanning an area across the bay approximately 1.64 NM from north to south. appeared dark against the background and was distinguishable from other natural phenomena in the area.  Winds were from the south around 11 kts.

UNCERTAINTIES: The extent of possible oil outlined in this report was a best estimate due to the prevalence of false positives typical of the marsh and nearshore habitats .
