REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The area was likely remnant oil associated with NOAA Response Link Hotline #10964. The remnant oil spanned an area that was approximately 1.8nm by 0.6nm. The oil was fragmented into numerous segments that extended generally north and west from the oil facility. It appeared as a darker signature compared to the surrounding water/marsh areas. Due to the association with the NOAA Response Link Hotline, confidence in this report was High. Winds at the time of the imagery were SSW at approximately 10-15kts.

UNCERTAINTIES: There were portions of the oil that were tough to distinguish from the surrounding marsh areas.
