REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. This oil slick showed whitish color against the ocean background. The leak origin was a well-known source, thus the confidence was high. The slick size was about 1.7nm long and 0.09nm at its widest. The surface wind was approximately 10 kt. from the west. 

UNCERTAINTIES: The east end of the oil slick was obscured by weather clouds, thus the slick might be longer than what was seen.
