REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly was associated with repeat leak source, Wreck 1487, south of Nantucket. Possible oil extended to the northeast approximately 1.25 NM, with bright silver patches visible near the point source at the southwest end, indicative of thicker oil. Winds were from SW about 16 kt.
