REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The area of oil extended north from an oil facility measuring approximately 1.62nm in length and up to 0.05nm in width. The area appeared lighter than the surrounding ocean background with pockets of bright/shimmery reflectance, which may have been an indication of relatively thicker oil. Winds at the time of the imagery were generally S at approximately 10-15kts. 

UNCERTAINTIES: There were likely some false positives in the scene surrounding the area.
