REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The area of oil spanned an area that measured approximately 3.65nm x 1.15nm. It appeared to spread south and was slightly segmented. The area exhibited a slightly shimmery hue throughout, which helped it stand out from the surrounding scene. Due to the appearance and uncertainties below, the confidence level was Medium-High. Winds were SSE at approximately 10-15kts. 

UNCERTAINTIES: The full extent of the area is unknown due to some cloud cover towards the north end. Additionally, there were multiple oil facilities located to the north and one point source could not be determined.
