REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The oil slicks showed strong contrast against the ocean background in this SAR imagery.  Several oil facilities were close by, but the oil leak source could not be identified, thus the confidence level was medium-high. The total length of the two segments was about 7.09 nmi, and the widest section was about 0.19 nmi. The surface wind was approximately 7 knots from the south. 

UNCERTAINTIES: The oil slick spread out of the imagery boundary.
