REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The oil slicks showed dark and  rainbow color against the ocean background in this optical imagery, and had clear edges at the wide end. This oil anomaly was possibly a result of vessel bilge dump, and it was composed of multiple segments that were  separated in various distances along NNW to SSE direction. The leaking source was out of the imagery boundary at the sensing time, therefore the point source was set where the oil slick was last observed within the imagery.  The surface wind at the imagery time was about 8 knots from the east. The total length of the oil slick segments was 16.15 nmi, and the widest section was about 0.61 nmi. 

UNCERTAINTIES: The entire oil slick size could not be identified since it went beyond the boundary.
