Details/Specifics of Change:
Test data with the final changes went into the parallel test system on Friday, April 22. The changes were all related to improving our method of setting flags in the HIRS data. However, we turned off calibration of the NOAA-15 HIRS to eliminate calibration problem due to the current status of the instrument. Please revisit your systems and verify that they are functioning properly. We have one report of a problem which we are working with the user to resolve. We are working toward implementing the changes on Wednesday, April 27th between 1300 and 1400 UTC. But, please watch your email for possible slip and a notice with more details on the initial passes affected by the change.
