Details/Specifics of Change:
"The Level 1B data for the NOAA-N format for instruments AMSU-A and MHS are
now available for your use and review. This is being provided to level 1B
users for their software thru put and to have a NOAA-N 1B data set to test
for purposes where they have a need. A data set for the NOAA-N HIRS, and
AVHRR will be forthcoming in approximately three weeks. Please access the 1b
data at the following website: ftp://metroweb.nesdis.noaa.gov/pub/noaa-n/
(AMSUA1B), and (MHS1B) respectively. If you encounter any problems or have
questions please contact me.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THIS IS "SIMULATED" DATA THAT WAS MADE FROM NOAA-16.
The chief purpose is to run test on the NOAA-N format using actual data .
