Details/Specifics of Change:
On June 29, SOCC announced the following: "N16 AVHRR bar codes appeared again (for the first time since 22 May) today, 29 June at approx 07:00z and lasted through the MIRP rephase
which occurred over the South Pole approximately 20 minutes later. After the rephase occurred, the bar codes disappeared and have not reappeared
since. Scan motor and synch delta continue to degrade so future and more frequent bar coded images are expected in the coming days."
