Details/Specifics of Change:
On July 19, SOCC is planning to change from TIP side 1 to TIP side 2. A drift i analog telemetry early in the life of NOAA-14 is masking exact readings on the nitrogen low pressure, which could affect relief valve venting. SOCC plans to switch to TIP side #2 with TIP ID 0110 on July 19 orbit 59564 around 1420 UTC.
