Ch_2_lo = 0.05791*count - 2.187, count<500.16
Ch_2_hi = 0.1706*count - 58.56, count>500.16
NOAA-17 AVHRR
Ch_1_lo = 0.05479*count - 2.193, count<501.12
Ch_1_hi = 0.1609*count - 55.35, count>501.12
Ch_2_lo = 0.06617*count - 2.598, count<500.73
Ch_2_hi = 0.1970*count - 68.19, count>500.73
Ch_3_lo = 0.03151*count - 1.328, count<501.37
Ch_3_hi = 0.2209*count - 96.44, count>501.37
on June 14. These coefficients are intended to be optimal on June 28, in
the middle of the two scheduled updates.
