SOCC reported the following after the NOAA-12 clock update:
The NOAA-12 clock update was done real time on REV# 62659. Time of the
uplink command was 157/11:45:24UT. Clock update value was +1250
milliseconds. Clock errors observed were:
Before update -1105 msec.
After update -355 msec.
Net change in clock error was only +750 msec. The remaining 500 msec. was
removed after the next 24 hr. ETCUP from the spacecraft stored command
table just after the change of Julian day (158/00:00:05). Clock updates
often happen this way when the ETCUP is sent from the ground.
