Details/Specifics of Change:
On June 19, SOCC is planning to change the solar array offset from -50 to
-45. This change is to optimize battery charger current. Users may notice
data changes as instrument temperature may go up or down due to the solar
array shadow moving. Additional details will be provide when the official
notice is received.
