The solar array offset will be moved to -60 degrees (from + 70 degrees).
This move is to shade the battery packs that should result in a reduced
temperature. This cooling
should reduce the temperature to about 8.5 deg C. This move will occur
between 10:17:20 and 10:24:40 UTC.
