Details/Specifics of Change:
Due to the holiday on Tuesday the actual visible coefficient update was
performed on Wednesday, November 12. The first orbits processed were:
NSS.GHRR.NL.D03316.S1428.E1614.B1618485.GC
NSS.HRPT.NL.D03316.S1616.E1628.B1618585.GC
NSS.LHRR.NL.D03316.S1659.E1705.B1618585.WI
The new calibration coefficients used for NOAA-16 AVHRR Channel 1 & 2
update are:
Ch_1_lo = .05307*count - 2.046, count<498.96
Ch_1_hi = 0.1549*count - 52.64, count>498.96
Ch_2_lo = .05763*count - 2.177, count<500.16
Ch_2_hi = 0.1698*count - 58.27, count>500.16
These coefficients are expected to be optimal on November 25, in the middle
of the two adjacent updates (November 11 and December 9).
