Details/Specifics of Change:
The Information Processing Division had scheduled a gross limits update for
today before the AMSU-A scan motor anomaly occurred. This update was still
put in for NOAA-17 AMSU-A channel 7 cold counts. The updated limits were
placed into operations approximately 1530 UTC today, October 28, 2003. The
first orbits processed after the change are listed below.
